There's some nutty people out there taking real steps to impeach Barrack Obama based upon his ineligibility to hold the office of President of the United States based upon him not being a naturally born citizen of America. After viewing the documents I'd seen before they were sealed by court order, it's quite possibly true.
BUT!!!
I keep telling these people this is an EXTREMELY bad idea to impeach Obama based upon this issue, or even impeach him at all! It's better not to expose the truth to this, and here's why...
First, if it is proven that Barrack Obama is not a natural born citizen of America and still manages to hold his office as President, it sets a legal precedence that any legal citizen of the United States can hold the office of President! What that means is someone like Kim Jong Il would have a legal avenue to become President in America if he went through the process of becoming a U.S. citizen! If you think that's far-fetched, then you don't know what a legal precedence is. A legal precedence is when a matter is judged for the first time in a court of law. If the Supreme Court upholds the decision, it becomes law no matter what the Constitution has to say about it based upon the decision of one judge, and the Supreme Court's decision to uphold it. Since no President has ever been impeached based upon this, whatever the outcome is, would set a legal precedence. That means if anyone attempts to impeach a future President based on this same issue, then the courts will defer to the precedence set by the previous case. With the extreme liberal government in control, what do you think the outcome of this impeachment trial would be?
Second, if Barrack Obama were to be successfully removed, what do you think you happen next? Another Presidential election? If that's what you think, you're way off base. Joe Biden would become President by default. Obama has never missed an opportunity to remind us in subtle, but effective ways that his Vice President is not only not all there, but he's completely insane. Joe Biden is an absolute moron, and you'd want him to take Obama's place? I'm telling you that the only reason Joe Biden was his choice for V.P. is as his insurance policy. He's basically saying, "If anything happens to me, this is the moron who will replace me". Obama is holding his own office hostage. I wonder who President Biden's choice of Vice President would be? I'd think it would be the current de facto President, Nancy Pelosi. Harry Reid would move to Speaker of the House.
Just like the lesson from the 1982 movie, "Wargames", "the only winning move is not to play". Not THIS game anyway. There is another means to do this, but by playing a game where the rules were not designed by Obama, or liberal extremists and it's clearly outlined in my book. If you haven't read it yet, then you should get to reading before proposing half-baked, not-well-thought-out schemes like this.

Is Taxation Legal?
A poster named "Tall_Pat" at Glenn Beck's 9-12 Project website asked, "What is the law requiring U.S. citizen to pay Federal Income Tax"? The poster asked the question to refute our government's ability to tax Americans.
My response to his post was this:
This is an easy one, Tall_Pat. Our government has the legal ability to levy taxes as stated in the Constitution. You're asking the wrong question. Here's what the Constitution says:
Article I, Section 2
Representatives and direct taxes shall be apportioned among the several states which may be included within this union, according to their respective numbers, which shall be determined by adding to the whole number of free persons, including those bound to service for a term of years, and excluding Indians not taxed, three fifths of all other Persons.
Article I, Section 8
The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes, duties, imposts and excises, to pay the debts and provide for the common defense and general welfare of the United States; but all duties, imposts and excises shall be uniform throughout the United States
Article I, Section 9
No capitation, or other direct, tax shall be laid, unless in proportion to the census or enumeration herein before directed to be taken.
No tax or duty shall be laid on articles exported from any state.

Here's why you're asking the wrong question. The Constitution clearly states the right of the government to levy taxes to pay for our defense, operation of our government, and public services. The fact that we CAN be taxed is incontrovertible. The questions you should be asking are, "Why does the IRS still exist after its charter expired once Europe was rebuilt after World War II", "Why did Congress illegally abdicate its responsibility to print and regulate our currency to a private corporation called the Federal Reserve in 1913", and "Why does the Federal Reserve, the IRS, and the U.S. Treasury have illegal powers to use force against The People"? The answer to those questions will lead us all to freedom because the answer is that our government has been operating under a criminal enterprise since 1913. Once the Federal Reserve Act of 1913 is repealed as unconstitutional, then the Fed loses all of its illegal power and ill-gotten profits. We need a department like the IRS, but only as accountants, and they shouldn't have the power to use force against The People.
The 16th Amendment provides taxation of all income of individuals, but the date of this Amendment coincides with the Federal Reserve Act of 1913, and will need to be redefined after The People repeal the Federal Reserve Act. In fact, all laws and policies from 1913 to today need to be re-examined and repealed as necessary once the Federal Reserve Act is proclaimed unconstitutional.

States Have No Right to Reject Stimulus
This is what Washington D.C. has told our State Governors. My response to this was the following letter to my State Governor of Texas, Rick Perry.
Honorable Governor Perry,
I implore you, as a proud Texan, and sovereign American, to call to action all State legislatures to assert State rights over Federal as guaranteed by the Constitution of these United States. Washington has said "States have no right to reject stimulus". Excuse me? Sir, I'm sure you're aware how serious the situation is. Washington is usurping individual and State powers and consolidating them within the Federal government. We The People see this. We are not the uneducated, misinformed, apathetic sheep liberals think we are. If they think we will sit idly by as our powers and rights are usurped and abused, they are seriously mistaken. It is the duty of all State legislatures to take action now before The People take action. If it comes to The People's involvement, the result will be violent. I would like to avoid that if at all possible.
I am a Desert Storm Veteran, and I took a solemn oath to protect and defend the United States against all enemies; foreign and domestic. I am forever bound to this oath, and if my country needs my service against domestic enemies, then I am honor, and duty bound to assist, and I would give my life freely to that end. Please do not let it come to that. I ask that you assemble and confer with the Governors of other States to take action.

My intent was to use reason to show that the States need to stop allowing this blatant abuse of power before The People get directly involved. Carrying picket signs and tea bags is protest. Not involvement. If The People get involved, it would only be to exercise their Constitutional rights in the 2nd Amendment, and that would be regrettable if it can be avoided. If most State legislatures tell Washington D.C. "NO", then it will not be necessary for The People's involvement.

Is It Socialism? Is It Communism? Is It Fascism? No! It's America!
As Americans watch while our government is rapidly seizing power over our economy and private businesses, one question that may come to mind is, "What is the U.S. Government evolving into"? Is it socialism? Is it communism? Is it fascism? The correct answer is it's a hybrid of all three. It's sommunascism! What our government is doing resembles Nazi Germany's Blitzkrieg campaign during WWII. It was a campaign of lightning speed.
Our government is making an unprecedented power-grab by usurping power that does not belong to them at lightning speed. Each and every day it seems The People have lost yet another fundamental right guaranteed by the Constitution. The government is using "crisis" as their justification to permanently abolish all of our rights and collapse our economy. It's using outrage as justification to launch witch hunts against an "enemy" of their own creation and design. This is all being done to implement the first step in creating a totalitarian government which is to replace our capitalist economy with a socialist, or even communist economic structure. In a socialist economic structure, the government has more control to interfere with private business, but in a communist economic structure, the government OWNS business. It's no longer private.
The fascism comes in with population control through controlling media outlets to keep the population misinformed, and pitting the public against each other by creating or emphasizing class divisions. This is what Karl Marx and Frederick Engels called a "class struggle". It is through this class struggle that our government intends to forever consolidate power into the government and disenfranchise The People. Benito Mussolini, who coined the name fascism, employed this method of population control with ruthless efficiency. This is also the very reason why Mussolini was hanged, dragged through the streets of Italy, and mutilated. What will be the consequences for those in our government who think they can subjugate The People?
Although this movement to usurp the power of The People began in the Democratic Party, this is not a partisan issue! Members of the Republican Party are happy to consolidate our power into the government as well. Both Parties are vying for position to make sure they are both included in the power scheme. This is truly Government vs. The People, so don't get caught up in Party distinctions and labels! It's not Democrat versus Republican. It's us versus them. The government of The People, has become the enemy of The People.
There is a forgotten fourth branch of government that has power far greater than the other three branches combined. That fourth branch is The People. The fourth branch must come together in one voice, and in one clenched fist to defeat the enemies of freedom. When The People speak and act as one, no corrupt government, or its policies, can stand. The sleeping, silent majority must awaken!

Our Current Economic Woes Are Nothing New
The Obama administration is using the current cyclic recession as a means to induce "crisis" for the purpose of claiming that capitalism is a failure. The truth is, capitalism is a proven success, and the only reason capitalism is failing now is through sabotage. Economic recessions occur on a fairly regular basis, and are nothing to be alarmed about. Market value continually goes up and down in what is called a "business cycle". The beginning and end of a business cycle are always in recession, and the midpoint is always at its peak. This up-and-down characteristic of markets is what actually makes our system successful since a market that is always the same is a stagnate market. Even if the markets stabalize in the upper regions of prosperity, it creates predictability which ultimately causes markets to drop which corrects market speculation. Profit and loss are the fundamentals that keep the markets unpredictable which in turn stimulates growth.
The problems we are now experiencing stem from policies that forced banks to make very high risk loans to those who had no means or intent to pay them back. Once the housing market crashed from the massive amount of foreclosures, the home loans became "toxic" when the collateral on the loans, the homes, fell well below the value of the loans themselves. This is also called an "upside down" loan which means more is owed on a loan than the collateral on the loan is worth. When these policies were forced upon banks by Banking Chairman Barney Frank, the result was sabotage of our capitalist system forcing failure where if it were not for government meddling, our economy would be strong.
After this engineered recession, President Obama and other Democrats began to throw around the words "crisis" and "inherited" to describe the economic situation and also to pass the buck to the Bush administration for the situation that Democrats themselves had caused. Make no mistake, Democrats didn't "inherit" anything. They did in fact cause the situation. Democrats then launched a campaign of economic fear and terror in order to pass laws and policies that would not be tolerated under any normal circumstances. All of the "stimulus" and other bills passed to date have been for the purpose of further destabilizing the economy by inducing massive inflation by dumping enormous sums of currency into the economy. This, of course, devaluates the dollar. Congress recently requested that the U.S. Treasury order $1 trillion in currency to be printed by the Federal Reserve (a private corporation not a department of government). This $1 trillion goes against the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) of America which means the overall value of goods and services in America were reduced by 1 trillion dollars. The currency itself, since it has no value backing it up, reduces the value of the dollar since there is more currency floating around than the value of America's GDP. Oh, not to mention the enormous interest that the United States government pays to the Federal Reserve for its "services" to print the money that the Constitution states is the responsibility of Congress. Not a private corporation.
Americans now are born with a debt on their heads that can never be repaid. Ever. Welcome to economic slavery everyone! How does it feel to know that we are all slaves, and have been since 1933?
